Disabled parking passes allow eligible recipients to park in specially-marked parking stalls that are conveniently located for accessibility. It is important to realize that both eligible passengers and drivers can use a valid parking pass. Those who are unable to drive can still display their parking pass when riding with a family member, caregiver or friend as long as the pass holder is present. If a driver uses the parking pass and is not with the eligible pass holder, then the parking pass can be revoked permanently.
